When John graduated from high school he immediately started his career in construction at the young age of 18. John was brought into the business by his uncle, an architect, and began working his way through the ranks working for a local contracting company. John started out driving, picking up and delivering materials, then was trained and promoted to running demolition crews. A few years later John had worked his way up to Assistant Superintendent working on a complex of 5 high rise buildings ranging from 10-18 stories. For 16 years John's ability to superintend and manage a wide range of demanding detailed projects, with restricted time frames, gave John the entitlement of being the "favorite" with many clients. After 20 years in the business John branched out starting his own company, Correia Contracting, Inc.. As President and CEO he applies his expert experience and unique camaraderie with both clients and subcontractors. John’s integrity and goodwill stand steadfast in the foundation of every project.
